We are a private equity firm, focused on investing in and scaling mature Israeli and Israel related businesses.
We target investment opportunities primarily across financial services, defense, industrials, and tech-enabled business services.
We leverage our local access, global connectivity, sector expertise, along with "tried and tested" international playbooks to source bespoke investment opportunities and create long-term value.
We are fluent in both Israeli and International business ecosystems. This positions us as a partner of choice to Israeli businesses operating globally and to large international private equity firms navigating Israeli complexity in large-cap companies.
The Harp is our symbol for Excellence, Discipline and Harmony in investing and in creating value.

The name David is in memory of David Amar (z'l), father of the founder, and a tribute to Biblical King David.
